From hostingchecker and whoishostingthis, the site itself is hosted on Microsoft azure.
The reselling, well maybe as indicated DigitalOcean I guess, as it is written there.
Ps: It is a very fresh new host (end 2019 and no much results in searches), as there is no info about us or knowledgebase (but I guess you saw that too), the server status is hidden to registered members only, so there is not much to look with.
