Create a menu first, then add from the items under BuddyBoss.

You need to activate both the buddyboss theme and platform plugin.

I got that what I am saying is in appearance -> menus I don't have the buddyboss options beneath pages

I have been through all the BuddyBoss tutorials.

i am afraid i can't help you except suggest a fresh install. start with just buddy boss stuff and get it work first and then add other plugins.
