If you are using the Elementor Slides Widget I don't think you can. You'd have to use some custom css I think.

I'd recommend using JetElements slider widget which lets you use Elementor Templates for the slides.

The left border can be easily achieved with a single line of CSS on the text element:

box-shadow: -5px 0 0 0 #ba8418

And maybe do a little positioning with margin and padding.

Custom CSS is the easiest solution to most problems. Is there any specific reason you're avoiding it? Elementor pro even has custom css per widget
