🔥🔥 AWS Activate Program - $1350 Free for 2 years 🔥🔥

Yeah, I saw it mate, Even i tried to register a domain with Route53, they replied to me that, it can't be used with EC2. This below service is not equal to EC2 hosting services. Pleas try to understand.

Amazon EC2 Container Registry (ECR)
Amazon ElastiCache
Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud
Amazon Elastic Container Service
Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes
Amazon Elastic File System
Amazon Elastic Inference
Amazon Elastic MapReduce
Amazon Elastic Transcoder
Amazon Elasticsearch Service

Have you checked this?

Have you checked this?
Yes mate. It was from their support team.

I understand that you tried to register a domain with Route 53 & try to redeem using your account credits. Please let me know if there is any misunderstanding.

It is not possible to redeem your credits to register your domain.

AWS promotional credits are only applicable to monthly usage charges for the services outlined in the credit details, and can only be used to cover charges incurred while the credit was active.

Credits cannot be applied to the following purchases:

- Reserved Instances (Upfront costs)
- Route 53 domain purchases
- Premium Support
- AWS Marketplace charges
- Amazon Mechanical Turk
- AWS Certificates or Training

Charges for these offerings will be billed to the payment method on file for the account at the time of the purchase or sign up.

For more information on AWS credits and promotions, see our Terms and Conditions here:

https://aws.amazon.com/awscredits/

So it is right can't use the credit for buying a domain (Route 53 domain purchases), but for EC2 is good to go.

I'm thinking of contacting support to get more credits.

I am a registered company will i be approved?
With AWS it’s really easy to get credits, go for it. If you applied for this program, they might give you an extra 5-10k if they see you are indeed using the credits for something.

I cant even run an instance on EC2, cosntant permissions and package errors, i even tried lightsail that (theoretically) does everything for you and now cant even access the instance i created because of "AWS issues detected on your regional zone"

anyone know how to contact support? Maybe they can set up an instance for me that actually works... i just want a simple lamp stack with mysql and ftp access to run xenforo

How will you do it, if you ask others how to proceed with that? :)
I could get a free web app to show them and inform that I need to scale my project and for that I require credits.
But before I do that I wanted to ask others if this seemed legit.

When I read the comments posted here, I was confused.
Can these credits be used to set up servers?

I also confused as, why a lot of members here don't use their brains and read all the comments here, while explicitly and clearly discussed here.

It's not about not using their brains. Could his native language be non-English?

If I create an instant such as Lightsail, will the credits be automatically used for that instance?

What is your intention mate ? If they have their own Company, a website & some valid information, they definitely get AWS Credits for sure. Yeah sometime hard to fill-up all the information. That might lead to frustration. So chill out. Nothing to worry... :D:D:D

I took AWS credit is no problem in this regard. It is your messages that confuse me. You wrote that the credits are not used for Ec2.
I wrote a message because I did not know, and I thought someone with knowledge would reply.

I got the mail from Amazon AWS support, they confirmed yes it can be used for EC2. Good to go now...

Can I write in description let's say, the company from my imagination, and at the end use credits for another purpose?
