I can't apply for this coz it's lower to what I have... I can only get any credit from $11k unless I use a different account
It doesn't actually come easy ... You need to apply for startup programs offering perks i.e AWS , you can check directly from AWS list of organization that are in partnership for startup credits and see if they have an open program u can join
is this other than founders program? can I apply it on same company that already on founders program?
I used new aws account, company, domain and linked profile. That's it

You must make a new account, new identity, new business and new profile to get it activated.
