if you able to get to the admin panel try to go to system check and you should see permissions 077 on all your file if not look for "autofind paths".
I have this installed and working. What I can surely say is that you didn't get this theme from this forum. So I suggest you to go where you've got this theme from and ask for support. Or ask the developer.
