Install first the three fusion plugins from within the plugin folder in the theme folder:
fusion-builder;
fusion-core;
fusion-white-label-branding.
The other plugins you should download the full packages from their own threads here on Babiato or grab them from WordPress as free.
Have installed theme on local and sandbox versions and ran through setup on both with new website and going through all setup to completion.
All works fine and Avada Live works on both.
Make sure that you apply any new patches which can be found under the Maintenance tab as Patcher.

It's inside the Avada Folder, inside the "plugins" folder. You can find a bunch of plugins there, including the ones that you're looking for.
