Please pay attention house on trying to edit and update a page. This will throw up a 404 error page not found. Don't panic, just contact your host and tell them to disable modsecurity from your cpanel under security section. After updating please enable it again

I don't think it's a good idea to ask the host admin for disable ModSecurity.
Because:
1. Nulled Version Theme/Illegal
Your service may be suspended.
If use License version, then it's good. Otherwise not.

Well that was how it worked on my own. They will enable it after the update.
