Auto product Status updater plugin required from vendor website

Hi i am running a wordpress woocommerce website (a tech store)

Can any web master help me please?

i want to know if any plugin available that automatically change my product status from instock to out of stock or vice versa from my vendor /supplier website which is also made on wordpress woocommerce even on same theme (woodmart)

i am looking something like a scraper type plugin that go to each product of my vendor/supplier website via its url and detect regularly if the product is available or its now out of stock.... if it found that product is now out of stock
It change my product status as well

P.S i dont have access to Vendor/supplier login credentials

please help
