I think its a custom theme made from scratch . Well the admin has hide it to show its using wordpress . But its using wordpress it self guess theme might be custom made

ok well it was very interesting when i checked it i checked both the page source and it was unbelivable its seem both the site was made by apkmod only will attach the screenshots below this. both of the site is using wordpress custom themes

This one isn't the apkmody theme, u can get it from exthem(dot)es, the one on this website that you sent is median UI for blogspot
