hi, I can't figure out how to download from this resource, where to go there?

1. click "free access" in the bottom of right side page.
2. for first time click "Add Add-on" and install it for 1 time.
3. Turn on "Active Notification" and then click continue.
4. Click X button in the top right side of opened pop-up page and when count down end then click X button again and get to the download file.
I still can't do anything, can I please have others, even if I have to switch many times, as before. But I've already figured it out there
