@Danz same here as well .my subscription ended as well .it is looking like it was tied to another account. we should have been informed of this before purchase

I guess he does not purchased from here just got it from somewhere else and now needs support :) By the way why is this thread still open as its clear that people here have lost their money a.k.a. scammed and my thread where I havent scammed, everything works, noone ever complained got closed and I got warning points... ah that hypocrisy :)

EDIT: Now I see price was $70 or more...

Meanwhile @Danz has been online and is still ignoring this thread so I now have no option but to recommend those affected to start a PayPal dispute.

Trust that it is not tight to any account, the vendor selling Covid promo subscription, they supposed to be global but Adobe didn't notice the volume of this being used and resold until recently and deciding on their own to end, you may resolve it with adobe directly like some other buyer did, you can open ticket at sellix to send you more info
