Ok, i have found it on my own.
The Stripe Vendor Package is obsolete.
Everybody must manually copy new Stripe Package, then it works like charm

If you have problems qith stripe or paypal need php.7.3 or 7.2

You Dont Need To Turn Off. Just Get Yhe Stripe Live Api Keys And paste In The Stripe Acoount Details Section In Website Admin Panel
